GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SELL
Luzval is proudly manufacturing all his Chandeliers and Lighting Fixtures in VALENCIA (SPAIN)
1.-PRICING
The monetary currency used in prices, freight, billing and any other calculation is the European Euro (€).
The tax included in our evaluations in case of EU Countries is the
VAT or IVA only.
The freight shown in the Invoice is for “door to door” transportation, from our Factory in Valencia to the Home of the client.
Insurance is included in the transportation fees.
Any claim must be filled and signed in the Bill of Landing of the Freight Company.
For Countries outside of the EU, local custom duties and other Inland expenses, are not included.
2.-PAYING
After knowing the total: Merchandise+Freight+Vat (if applicable),the “Paypal” link will inform about options and payment conditions.
As soon as Paypal(International Bank Account) will transfer the money to Luzval, the order will be accepted and confirmed and the client will receive the final Invoice
Also payment can be made transferring 50% of the order to our Bank account, which will originate the confirmation of the order. The second 50% will be send when the client will receive advise that the order is finish and ready for delivery.
3.-RECEIVING
Total time for manufacturing is 4 weeks after the order is confirmed.
Delivery time takes 5 labour days for European Countries and 10 labour days for any other Countries.
Upon arrival of the the Merchandise, any claim for damages, must be filled and signed in the Bill of Landing from the Freight Company.
The Client can arrange to pick-up the order by his own Freight Company .In those cases, Luzval, may never be held liable for any reasons as delays, damages and total or partial losses.
4.-CLIENTS PROTECTION
With the confirmation of the order the Client will receive a copy of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, where Luzval will include the clause “15 days Money Back Guarantee”
This clause means that the Client, if is not 100% satisfied, has 30 days to return the Merchandise in good condition and in his original packing and we will refund the amount of the order less the cost of returning freight.
